Heal What Medicine Can’t Explain

Do you struggle with chronic pain, fatigue, or emotional overwhelm? Are your symptoms “unexplained,” recurring despite every effort to treat them?

Have you tried everything—supplements, therapy, medication—yet your pain persists?

You’re not broken. Your body is communicating with you in the only way it knows how: through symptoms.

The Decoding Pain Workshop is your opportunity to break free from the emotional patterns keeping you stuck. Join internationally renowned trauma expert and bestselling author Dr. Evette Rose for a transformational 3-day journey into the subconscious drivers of pain—and learn how to resolve them for good using Metaphysical Anatomy Technique™ Level 1 (MAT 1).

Upon successful attendance and completion of the MAT Level 1 assessment,

you’ll receive:

Can you relate to this:

🧠 The Neuroscience of Pain and Emotions

You’ll gain a clear and profound understanding of how your brain and body store emotional pain, and why it often manifests as chronic physical symptoms years later—even when no medical cause is found. This section will explore:

  • How trauma rewires the nervous system before age 3, particularly during right-brain dominance, laying down patterns of survival, suppression, and somatic imprinting that can show up as pain decades later.
  • The role of the insula—your brain’s internal body scanner—in detecting and interpreting bodily sensations, emotions, and pain. Dysfunction here can lead to confusion between emotional discomfort and physical pain.
  • The limbic system, including the amygdala and hippocampus, and how it stores emotional memory, especially traumatic events.
  • Why your body can continue reacting to past emotional threats as if they are still present—triggering pain, muscle tension, fatigue, or autoimmune symptoms.
  • How interoception, pain modulation, and stress pathways influence your experience of pain even in the absence of visible injury.
  • Insights from modern pain research that prove pain is not just physical—it’s a protective output of your brain, influenced by emotion, context, and memory.

Solving Pain Without Pills offers a radical and empowering perspective: pain isn’t just a problem to numb—it’s a message to decode. In this new groundbreaking book, international trauma expert and bestselling author Dr. Evette Rose guides you through the emotional, neurological, and nutritional roots of pain. Whether you’re battling back pain, migraines, fibromyalgia, or pain with no clear diagnosis, this book provides a compassionate, step-by-step roadmap to help you reconnect with your body’s innate healing power.

🔓 How to Decode the Hidden Messages in Pain

Most pain has a message—and when that message is misunderstood or ignored, the body speaks louder.

In this part of the workshop, you’ll learn how to listen deeply to the emotional wisdom of your symptoms. Drawing directly from Dr. Evette Rose’s bestselling book Solving Pain Without Pills, this section covers:

  • The psychosomatic root causes of pain—how suppressed emotions, unresolved trauma, and early life imprints shape your physical health.
  • The concept of emotional metaphors in the body (e.g., “shouldering responsibility,” “heartache,” “gut instinct,” “pain in the neck”) and how they appear as recurring symptoms.
  • How pain serves as a survival response or secondary gain, often protecting you from something your subconscious perceives as unsafe—like change, intimacy, or visibility.
  • Real-life case studies of clients who healed long-standing pain by resolving emotional patterns—not through pills or procedures.
  • How to differentiate between physical vs. psychosomatic pain, and why pain may linger even after injuries or infections have healed.
  • A structured approach to identifying unresolved emotions in different body parts (using the MAT™ Quick Reference Guide).
  • An empowering new way to relate to your pain: not as a problem, but as a message ready to be understood and released.

🧬  Complete the Missing Link: MAT Level 1 Certification

You’ll walk away not only with knowledge—but with the skills to facilitate real healing using the Metaphysical Anatomy Technique™ (MAT Level 1).

This section offers:

  • Step-by-step instruction in the MAT 1 technique—a gentle trauma-resolution method that works with the body’s innate wisdom and subconscious patterns. You do not need to talk about or relive traumatic events.
  • How to track emotional pain imprints across generations, and uncover inherited trauma that may be manifesting in your body now.
  • Practice sessions in pairs, where you’ll give and receive MAT 1 sessions with live guidance, helping you embody and integrate the technique.
  • How to navigate emotional triggers safely and create a felt sense of resolution using the body’s language.
  • Tools for emotional awareness and nervous system regulation, even for highly sensitive individuals or those with past therapy burnout.
  • Access to a supportive community where you can exchange healing swaps and continue your growth after the event.
