My journey in alternative therapies began 20 years ago when I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. After being unable to find relief through medical means, I started to study the relationship between the mind and body.

After a naturopath suggested I try meditation, I started to become more mindful of my internal processes. I spent years reading, observing and studying different techniques including Emotional Freedom Technique, Breathwork and Family Constellations.

I formalized my studies recently by attaining my Masters in Neuro Linguistic Programming and Diploma in Strategic Psychotherapy and Clinical Hypnotherapy.

I am endlessly fascinated with the way the mind works and human potential in general. I get a kick out of watching my clients shift their thinking and tap into their own internal resources. I see miracles happen every day – what appears to be a simple shift in perspective opens up new worlds of possibilities.

While some people say that I am optimistic to the point of delusional, I know that I have an ability to find the silver lining and see the best parts of a person. In my work, I feel that it’s easy for me to uncover hidden resources, reminding my clients of their natural abilities.

I love the way hypnosis facilitates rapid change in an easy, relaxed mode. In the frenzied, fast paced world out there, hypnosis is a complete antidote to pressure. Hypnosis creates a safe space to be present and allow the inner intelligence to work its magic and find solutions to challenges which plague the conscious mind.
